  Will it fit me? The waist strap adjusts up to 46″ (117cm) and the leg strap adjusts up to 30″ (76cm). However, please note that the straps are stretchy, so can stretch larger if needed. There is no minimum size – it will adjust super small and there are elastic loops to hold the strap ends.
